Given the complexity and extremely limited number of spaces, we strongly suggest placing your deposits as soon as possible.

There are no group airfares, as we will have people joining us from all over the US, with some arriving early, some arriving late, some using miles, etc. We are happy to provide guidance and review any itineraries you find. Please contact us before purchasing flights, and as always, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

We get hundreds of travelers each year who go on retreats alone. If you are traveling without a friend or partner, but prefer to share your room, we will do our best to match you with another traveler of the same gender. If for some reason, we are not able to match you with a roommate, a single supplement will apply. If you prefer to have your own private room, a single supplement will apply.

No yoga mat or accessories needed, everything will be provided.

Airport transfers are not included. You will be responsible for arranging your own transportation. We will provide you with directions, but the payment for transfers will be your responsibility.

We will be staying at a gorgeous private retreat house, chosen for its beautiful design, prime location, and luxurious amenities, including a jacuzzi and swimming pool. Yes, all levels are welcome. You will find that wherever you are in your practice, you will find exactly what you need in the yoga classes on this retreat.

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. A personal, political, environmental, health or weather-related incident may arise that can prevent or interrupt your travels. If you do not purchase travel insurance you will assume 100% of any costs associated with the cancellation/ interruption of your retreat. While we cannot advise on specific travel insurance policies, we recommend looking at plans through the reputable travel insurance provider, Travelex. The FAQ section at the bottom of their website is quite helpful, and they have a number you can call as well. Note that to guarantee maximum coverage, most travel insurance providers require that you obtain a policy within 10 - 15 days of placing your initial deposit.

Due to the exclusive offering of retreats and trainings to Maria's mail list and the lead time to fill your spot - It makes it difficult for us to react to last-minute cancellations after the eblast has been sent out. Because of this, we must enforce a FIRM cancellation policy. ​ Terms:​ 👉 If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the retreat/trainings & programs, there will be a $500 processing fee (your deposit), and the remaining balance will be refunded to your card. 👉 If you need to cancel 15-30 days before the start of the retreat or trainings, you will receive a 50% refund of the full cost of your spot. 👉 If you need to cancel 0-14 days before the start of the retreat or trainings or programs, you will receive no refunds. ​ In addition, in the event of fires in Sedona or COVID-19, we may need to reschedule this retreat. If so, we will refund you for your full amount minus any losses we may incur due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. It is in our best interest to refund you in this type of situation. We cannot be responsible for any losses with airfare, transportation, or any other additional costs incurred during the planning of your trip. ​ There are no exceptions with our cancellation policy due to the contractual commitments we have with our vendors.
